Lease terms vary, depending on the time of your move-in date, and according to the specials we offer from time to time. Usually, our lease terms range from 6 to 15 months. Reach out to the leasing team to discuss possible additional lease term options.

Great news! For a fully approved application, no deposit is required. However, a conditionally approved application may necessitate a security deposit of up to one month’s rent. Application approval is based on the screening results. A $200 administrative fee is charged per home as well as $80 application fee for every applicant over 18. Call the leasing office for additional details.

We do not hold any apartment homes; however, our quote sheet can reserve pricing for up to 48 hours. Our pricing does fluctuate daily, so we recommend asking a leasing agent for a quote.

As a valued resident at our community, we are delighted to offer you access to our exceptional Fitness Center at no additional cost. We kindly ask that you please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our gym policies. These guidelines are posted at the entry to the fitness center and will help ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable workout experience.

At our property, we strive to provide ample parking options for both residents and guests. We do offer surface-level parking surrounding the building for guests as well as controlled access parking for residents. If you would like to reserve a spot for an optimal space this is available for you as well at an additional cost. Please note that there are vehicle limits. Contact the leasing agent for additional information.

Moving trucks are not permitted in parking garages. We recommend using the ‘Loading Zone,’ but please utilize street parking to unload at the nearest location. Feel free to ask a leasing agent for maps and directions.

The Chloe Resident Service Charge includes Resident Liability Coverage Fee, Pest Control Fee, Smart Lock Fee, AT&T WIFI, and Trash Fee.

Getting started is easy with our straightforward application process. We do require proof of rental/mortgage history, credit report, and criminal history.

We adore our furry friends, and we welcome your 4-legged family members! We accept dogs (certain breed restrictions apply) and cats only. You are limited to 2 total pets per apartment, and a pet deposit, non-refundable fee, pet rent and certain pet rules apply:
–  $400 non-refundable fee.
– Monthly pet rent is $20 per pet.
– We require all pets to register with pet screening before moving in.
– We do not have any weight restrictions on pets, but certain breed restrictions do apply. Call the leasing office for further questions regarding our pet policy.

Our community does not feature an on-site dog park; however, as part of the prestigious Billingsley Collection, residents have exclusive access to a premier pet-friendly amenity located just across the street at The Shacks.

The Chloe offers complimentary Wi-Fi at all our courtyard areas, clubroom, lounge areas, and The Fitness center

We are proud to be a smoke-free community. This means that all our common areas indoors and outdoors as well as ALL apartments, garages and interiors are non-smoking, creating a healthy and clean community for our current and future residents. You must be 25 feet away from all properties, park enclosures, and buildings.

We offer a community-wide recycling program for all residents who want to participate. We have a designated recycling chute where residents can place broken down boxes and recyclables.

Our community lies within LEWISVILLE ISD, rated as one of the Best School Districts in Texas. See below for a list of schools located in the Lewisville School District.

Yes! We would love to have your friends and family join our community. Current residents who refer a friend receive a $250 rent credit after move-in. Ask any of our leasing agents for details on this program.
